Issue on Salesforce #40

Hey!

Love your extension but I'm on Salesforce and it seems that when in the "eMail like" text area, the extension doesn't work. It seems that anywhere but there it works though.

Hope you can help me with this. Thanks!

Hey there! So sorry for not catching this earlier. :( I got myself engaged and have basically put most things on hiatus until I get my wedding sorted out. It's not a good excuse T_T but letting you know that I may not get to this for a while -- really sorry about that!
