gyp files without explicit license info (or with just "all rights reserved")

[GoogleCodeExporter]

some files in gyp source have no license infomration in the header or are 
explicitly "All rights reserved" only.

Please fix this, so gyp can enter the ubuntu/debian repository.

Files without license info (I know, some are trivial, but still, adding 
that info would help):
