Add cron scheduling to GH Actions test workflow #43

Just wanted to confirm that the cron schedule did indeed trigger execution of the tests today (Sunday) as expected.

@AdamRJensen FYI it seems that GH disabled the test job because of lack of activity on this repo for 60 days. I just re-enabled, but I assume the same thing will happen again in the future. I guess we should remember to come back every so often to re-enable it.

Annoying, but it doesn't seem like there is anything that can be done about it. Thanks for noticing this though!
