What is Gen3? New Library version? #31

Sorry i post this here, but i cannot find any information about Gen3 (folder 
in SVN) code and i don't know if it'a already some kind of beta or a newer 
version to test. As the solution name is LidgrenNetwork2 i suppose it'll have 
newer or better features, so if it's not going to explode i would like to 
start with it. :-)
