Feature request: Rice format texture pack support for Jabo Direcd3D #11

Currently the best, most compatible, easy to use and most stable n64 video 
plugin is clearly Jabo's Direcd3D plugin. The only thing it lacks is texture 
pack support.

Instead of fixing the insanely broken Rice Video, which is currently done by at 
least 3 different and independent projects on their own, further development 
should concentrate on improving Jabo's Direcd3D video plugin which can also be 
used in other emulators.

Glide64/Myglide64 is fine but it requires a glide wrapper to be installed and 
has inferior compatibility and image quality.

Not even Zilmar has seen Jabo's plugin source code, and Jabo has pretty much 
left the Nintendo64 scene so this is likely to never happen.
