Submarine Titans support #106

I've wanted to open a ticket here so whoever is capable to take and fork the project to add Submarine Titans in the supported titles on pvpgn project.

Submarine Titans is Broodwar like RTS, it uses pretty similar mechanics as battlenet it supports ladder as well, previously game were running on FSGS (Free Standard Game Server) but since they discounted FSGS game no longer have servers alive. http://www.fileplanet.com/40778/download/Submarine-Titans-Demo Needs d3drm.dll to work.

The demo supports FSGS and one of the lastest versions of FSGS is available there. http://www.fileplanet.com/141406/download/FSGS-Server-&-Client-Install

The problem is that FSGS is working in LAN and does not fully support nat, also it can't work with clients that are inside the subnet and trying to connect with people outside as redirection fails.

Something that PVPGN achieved already still nobody worked on supporting this discontinued title after FSGS went closed, could someone add support for Submarine Titans in PVPGN project? Thanks in advance for anything!

To be honest, this will probably be very low priority

@Rong-Yao thanks for your suggestion. We are waiting for people-programmers — fans of the game Submarine Titans, who can add full support for this game.

We have 80+ people on our discord, that want to play Submarine Titans on some server. We would be happy if anyone would reconsider adding support of this game. I'm also making balance patches for it.
