Check setting of umask on 1-htz #8

If I remember correctly, the umask on 1-htz was changed, such that all files and directories were readable and writable by members of the group zwsgrp

Settings for umask are the same on both servers.
Under /qualstorzws01 permissions are inherited from parent after the following command
```
sudo chown -R quagadmin:zwsgrp /qualstorzws01
sudo chmod -R g+s /qualstorzws01/
```
