Install the page on github pages #6

For hosting the site e.g. on github pages, the site should work on a relative path.

@simonh1000 already started some build scripting with gulp

@simonh1000 What is need to deploy the bundled app on gh-pages branch?

So far I can bundle up the js, but we also need to cover the css and images. that would be a copy command in the first instance, although we may want to move to scss at some stage. (And then to give us more flexibility I think we should also drop the css that came with the package for material-design-lite in its entirety)
