Landmark is not defined properly on MS forms page #2274

Test Environment: OS Build: Windows11 Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.120) Browser Version: Microsoft Edge Dev Version 94.0.975.1 URL: PWABuilder Tool: Accessibility Insights for Web Screen Reader: Narrator

Repro steps: Open above URL on Edge Dev browser. Turn on Narrator using 'Ctrl + Win + Enter' key and enable SCAN mode using 'Caps + Space' key. Navigate to the page in landmark mode using shortcut 'D' key. Observe that Landmark is not defined properly on the page or not. Actual Result: Landmark is not defined properly on PWA Builder home page. Header banner and navigation landmarks is defined inside main landmark.

Expected Result: Landmarks should be defined on PWA Builder home page as: Header banner> Main landmark> Footer landmark so that user can efficiently navigate the page using landmark.

User Experience: User will not be able to navigate the page efficiently using screen reader if landmark will not be defined properly on page.
