[PWA builder - What Makes a PWA? Section]: Learn more link is not descriptive enough

What happened?

The Learn more links is not descriptive as it only announces, ‘Learn more link’ and Does not announce any information which does not instructs the user about the link purpose.

How do we reproduce the behavior?

1. Turn on Narrator using (Win + Ctrl + Enter) key
2. Launch Anaheim and Open the above URL.
3. Navigate to ‘Learn more Link’
4. Observe the announcement

What do you expect to happen?

The Learn more links should be descriptive. It should announce the heading with it. the announcement could be as 'Learn more about Web Manifest'

What environment were you using?

OS: Win 11 (Build 22598.200) Browser: Microsoft Edge Version 102.0.1227.0 (Official build) dev (64-bit) URL https://www.pwabuilder.com/ Screen Reader: Narrator

User Experience: if the link purpose is not clearly described to the user, they will get confused in understanding the purpose of the link

I verified that the main issue regarding 'Learn more link is not descriptive enough', is fixed. Though, the issue mentioned in note section,
