What happened?

Home, Release notes heading information is not programmatically associated with the list items present under it, narrator only announces the information of the list but not announce the heading information.

How do we reproduce the behavior?

Repro Steps:

1. Open the PWA Builder URL in Anaheim dev browser.
2. PWA Builder page will appear.
3. Turn on Narrator using Ctrl + win + Enter.
4. Navigate to the About list item present in the home tab item in the left navigation pane.
5. Observe the narrator's announcement.

What do you expect to happen?

The list items such as about, etc. present under home heading must be associated with it and same for the 2022, 2023 list items must be associated with Release heading.

What environment were you using?

Test Environment: OS Build: Windows 11 Enterprise Insider Preview 22H2 (23493.1000) Edge Browser: Version 115.0.1880.3 (Official build) dev (64-bit) User ID: V- URL: https://docs.pwabuilder.com/#/ Screen Reader: Narrator

Additional context

User Experience: If the list items will not be associated with its heading, then the screen reader dependent users will not get the exact information and they may get confused in accessing the UI properly.
