[FEAT] We should warn if a start_url has a redirect #4527

Tell us about your feature idea

If a PWA has a start_url that leads to a re-direct, this can break the PWAs registering with the browser, which means things like shortcuts will not work properly.

Do you have an implementation or a solution in mind?

If we can detect this, we should have this as a blocking error in our report-card.
