[BUG] Unable to edit manifest file #4594

What environment were you using?

Windows 10 / Browser: Chrome

Additional context

We are trying to add additional details to the manifest file for our android deployment and are running into some issues. The file is in our master branch but the new manifest file is not reflected on our server. This might admittedly be an issue on our end but I am asking here to see if anyone knows anything here.
