[Packaging] iOS doesn't handle svg type for the image url, so we should ensure that users aren't listing SVGs in that field

They listed an svg in the icon field and they weren't able to package.

I don't think the other platforms handle SVGs either, it's just that the build doesn't fail. SVGs would be SOO MUCH BETTER if supported due to screen size independence, but it seems all the manifests need to be PNGs or similar raster images.
