[BUG] Windows packaging error for https://www.ch-mafaza.com/ #4607

What happened?

Windows packaging service throws an error. This error is related to our internal tool not being able to parse the json file containing the manifest.

How do we reproduce the behavior?

Generate package for https://www.ch-mafaza.com/

What do you expect to happen?

No response

What environment were you using?

Chromium browser
