PWA erroring upon tempting to create Windows Package[BUG] #4686

What environment were you using?

OS: Windows 10 Chrome Browser Dell Laptop

Additional context

I have used pwabuilder.com for several months on packaging many applications(20+) in both Windows and Android and have not had any issues. The first issue I received was today. pwabuilder.com successfully packaged the Android version of this app but is erroring on the Windows version. I have tried multiple times with the same error including rebooting the browser.

Hey! I was just able to generate a package for your app, would you mind trying again? If it still breaks, please feel free to open a new issue.

I was able to generate the package on a Windows 10 Enterprise machine but getting same error message on Windows 10 Pro machine.

May be a storage issue. Cleaned up disk drive and now seemed to create package without any errors.
