[BUG] Our service was unable to package your PWA. #4696

What happened?

Used package builder on https://www.pwabuilder.com/. Tried to generate a package for Android. Selected default options except for:

Version code: 2
Location delegation: Enable
Signing key: Use mine

Download then fails on Edge and Chrome with: Failed to fetch Our service was unable to package your PWA. Please open an issue on github here: https://github.com/pwa-builder/PWABuilder/issues/new/choose

Click to copy stack trace produces: The site I was testing is: https://eotr-app.gbrmpa.gov.au/ No stack trace available

Note: Firefox fails but does not show error.

I successfully used the package builder for the same URL at 2024-01-23.

How do we reproduce the behavior?

See above.

What do you expect to happen?

The package is downloaded.

What environment were you using?

OS: Windows 10 Browser: Edge 122:0.2365.92 and Chrome 122.0.6261.131 and Firefox 124.0.1

Hey sorry, we had an outage over the weekend caused by a configuration I broke in Azure. I just got this back up running a few minutes ago.
