I've read previous two bug post's but it does not help me

Problem the same. Service worker and manifest not found.

What environment were you using?

Mac OS Sonoma

Additional context

I believe that might be a problem with CDN that i've changed recently(I did not have this problem before) in MS Azure but no visual changes happened. Site still works fine as before.

Same problem here, the site's TLS certificate is "wildcard" and delivered by Sectigo Limited.

Hello all! This was an outage on our side. It was fixed around lunch yesterday but I did not have a chance to come update the Github issue until now (literally in meetings all day yesterday). Sorry about the outage!
