What happened?

PWA Builder Cannot Recognize any HTTPS

How do we reproduce the behavior?

Go to any site with valid HTTPS and SSL with a PWA. paste URL and check through, for me its afyatelemed.com

What do you expect to happen?

Detects Validity of SSL certificate with non-stale cache

What environment were you using?

Browser(Chrome, Firefox, Brave)
