CMOM location "Caldera" may be missing on the CMOM campaign module #244

CMOM location "Caldera", as an island location, pg 338 cmom, apears to be missing from the module, at least I couldn't locate it (albeit the search on foundry journals are abysmal)

do not confuse with the caldera general location from page 347, these are present.

Added the missing entry. Will be in the new FVTT V12 compatible release.
