update the active dart config on chat message #54

When you insert new darts in the blowpipe there's a chat message saying the number of darts and scales. I added some regex to listen for this message and update the config value when found.

Also added some missing dart types.

Ah, I found the issue and fixed this before I saw the PR. Fixed in version 3.0.0 in commit 19161b91f1e98ecfc91e2a467c75ec2152cc702d
