Dizana's Quiver #92

I noticed that arrows/bolts that are stored in the quiver itself are unable to be tracked. This only occurs when the ammunition is in the additional slot that the quiver provides, it tracks normally otherwise.

Will be hard for me to fix the issue without a quiver myself :(

To add to this, Dizana's quiver can be used on Ava with the highest tier of Ava's device that the player has, making the quiver receive the same ammo saving perk as the devices do (with the received bonus being equal to what said highest tier of Available ava's device provides). I noticed that after an inferno run earlier today plugin showed I used 1100 darts, while in reality my blowpipe only has ~250 darts less. While the original subject of this issue is probably harder to acomplish, I suppose it is fairly possible to append all variants of the quiver (regular uncharged, charged, blessed, max cape variant - this one can only be blessed) to the list of capes that are supposed to save the ammo used.
