ui needs an overhaul

some starting points: -add footer to bottom of page (map currently runs to the bottom) -re-position search bar

-Footer -Figure out how to get content (text) on page. I was thinking maybe something at the top that fades in and can be dismissed.

• There is a separate ticket for detail UI overhaul. That should be its own thing I guess. -We need to figure out where filter options go in relation to the map. There will be dropdowns, checkboxes, and a slider. I do not have a good plan for this.

Some more branding would be good too. I like the sleekness of the site and the design concept but some kind of flair or anything that pops would prob make it a little less boring.

Need to toggle between different content types. Can only think of graffiti and other street art but maybe we can break that into more granular items
