Events are not clearing when new posts are selected #8

So, you can easily add more than 1 vote with 1 click through this bug.

If you go to one of the carousels and click a post 10 times, then click a vote button, you will add 10 votes.

Need to clear the listeners or something.

Just need to add .close

man so IDK.... think we need to explicitly clear the events per here https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/reference?csw=1#MapsEventListener
