Initial release notes:

bumped Gson dependency to v. 2.5
bumped RxJava dependency to v. 1.1.0
bumped Google Truth test dependency to v. 0.27

Things to do:

[x] bump library version
[x] upload archives to Maven Central
[x] close and release artifact on Maven Central
[x] update CHANGELOG.md after Maven Sync
[x] bump library version in README.md
[x] create new GitHub release
