Update FileProvider.java #312

Using the plugin with ionic capacitor "android.support.v4.content.FileProvider not found" is thrown on compilation. Android Support Libraries are now in the androidx.* package hierarchy. See https://stackoverflow.com/questions/48534293/android-support-v4-content-fileprovider-not-found

Would be great to continue using this awesome plugin w/o having to run the jetifier command. @pwlin any blocking issue on this one? Anyways, thanks for your effort and for maintaining this highly useful plugin.

this has been fixed in the latest release
