deb install instructions #7

Instructions for how to install on Ubuntu. I've not used nodejs much (I program in Ruby, Golang), so it took me a while to work this out. I imagine others will have similar problems.

when you were installing, where you on the npm page, or the github page? wondering if i should do a version bump and release to get this onto npmjs.org

No worries :-) I was using github, not npmjs.
