Add Interaction to Categories #27

Adds interaction to Categories view

Before:
- No Interaction
Now:
- Tap a Category
- Title will change to the selected Category
- subCategories of the selected Category will be displayed
- A back button will appear
- Tap the back Button
- The title will change to the parent of the current Category
- The subCategories of that parent will now be displayed

Again as before, we will handle beautification as well as empty categories later. Right now it's just to get basic functionality working
