Improve the man page for zathurarc #127

Please add the arguments "forward" and "backward" in the man page of zathurarc. They are used for the function jumplist.

The man page would be also more understandable IMHO if it specifies the possible arguments for each function instead of separating the function and the arguments in two separate place.

Keyboards usually have a "super" key (Win$ key). The man page could specified clearly if it can be used and how.

For each generic example of binding, the optional argument could be precised. At this time, each generic example are in the form

map a shortcut_function

and not

map a shortcut_function optional_argument.

I don't know what if anything the superkey does. The other improvements are now in the merge request: !20

Thr "super key" is also called "windows key". On linux, it is used as a modifier key (like the ctrl or the alt keys).
