Describe the bug Futurerestored to 14.3 from 14.4 after getting screen replaced at a local shop today. After installing unc0ver and jailbreaking the screen does not respond to touch. Home, volume, and power buttons all work normally. Saw older reports about this happening due to 3rd party screens, might be the cause again.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Use a 3rd party screen.
Jailbreak

Device (please complete the following information):

iOS Version: 14.3
iOS Device: iPhone 8 (10,1)
unc0ver Version: 6.1.0

Full log after restoring rootfs. Could not use pastebin since it was "offensive content"
