Using a fresh clean ios 11.2.6 version on iphone6 installed with cydia impactor the ipa (rc4) got in airplanemode, turned even off everything related to siri.

still when i open the app and hit jailbreak it start and stays for 10 seconds on 1/48 then a hard reboot on the phone.

tried it now 30 times.

Try to use airplane mode, open the app, lock the device, unlock, wait a few seconds then click on Jailbreak.

this is the exploit's issue. vfs is like that and period, you can't do anything

Same issue with exact same config - iPhone 6 iOS 11.2.6. It happened 2 times for me to go through step 1 - once until step 5 and another one until step 3 then both times App crashed and drove me back to springboard. I'm not sure it has to do with VFS exploit. Electra - as buggy as it was - used to offer much more success rate to me.

changed the subject, problem still persist on rc5.

Rebooting when the progress is still “1” means that the initial kernel exploit failed. All Jailbreaks utilize bugs to work, and just like “hide your dock no jailbreak” or “disable animations” glitches, these bugs don’t work 100% of the time.

If Ian Beer updates any of the 3 exploits, but unless that happens, nothing can be done here.

EDIT: also, if you were using multipath, the multipath exploit was broken unless you compiled from the source. This issue has been fixed as of RC6.
