Jalibreak failure

I have an ipad mini 2 version 12.5.6 and when I try to jalibreak I get an error: fs_snapshot_rename failed

Did you update the device OTA or via an ipsw and computer? Try click restore rootfs/remove jailbreak and see if it gets past that error. I've yet to have that issue myself afaik. Did you use another Jb previously on that device?

Solved but when you open cydia or terminal it closes immediately

You're the 3rd or 4th ipad user who's said they don't have Cydia icon after jailbreaking. Have you tried version 1.2.1?

If I downloaded that version and it worked I appeared cydia but I had to activate re fix 3 times for it to work
