What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update to 1.0b19
2. Try to open the Secrets pane

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The Preferences app stays forever in "Loading Secrets...", but the Secrets pane
never appears.
System Preferences is not frozen, and can be quit normally or switched to
another pane.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.0b19, Mac OS X 10.5.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Problem does not appear in 1.0b18

On my system, it complains about a XML list error, so it can't load it, and
then keeps BEEP'ing like crazy!
Dismissing the dialog with the OK button, just makes it come back, with more
beeps.

Go download 1.0.0 from the website and see if it fares better. Quit system
preferences first.
