Updated the README to cover the most recent Debian build.
Added 'apt-get update' because git wasn't built properly without
that preceding step. Added a 'change password' mention.
Added references for initial install, post-install stuff and
wireless adapter config.
This should enable a smooth install of Raspberry Pwn on the newest
Debian build.
