Issue template doesn't work #537

Issue Description

bug report

Hi there! I encountered a problem that I believe it's already included since #313. Am I missing something?

Describe what happened

git clone pwntester/otco.nvim.
cd into it and open nvim.
Run ":Octo issue create".
No template is found.

Tell us your environment

NVIM: v0.9.5, LuaJIT 2.1.1692716794
OS: Arch Linux x86_64

I have the same problem I have three templates and none of them are listed. I did notice tho you had to select a template in order for the template to be triggered by the GitHub CLI, so it could be a change on that side.
