Include Compilation Instructions #161

I would suggest including compilation instructions for less experienced folks.

That's a good point. Meanwhile if you want to compile it, you can clone it and open it using Visual Studio and just run or build it from the menu, or you can fork it and use github workflows in your own repo but that would need some experience.
