cloudlet activation issue #4

Delivery Config: www.test.hilton.com Cloudlet: OHW_TST_Cardinal Rule: property Path : /en/hotels/herrsqq-the-royal-senses-resort-and-spa-crete/*

  1. cloudlet V116 and V15 created using CLI.
  2. I see it added twice in the same rule under new ADD condition and activation failed.
