Add function to Modify and Delete paths from configurations (Delivery and Security) #7

Feature #1 Modify:

The property name stays the same, but we need to change the path in both Delivery/PR and Security. Example: For property “ORLEMQQ,” update the path From /en/hotels/orlemqq-evermore-resort/* To /en/hotels/orlemqq-evermore-orlando-resort/* You can refer to version www.test.hilton.com v1669 for more details.

Feature #2 Delete:

We need to completely delete properties, including their associated paths and CP codes. Example: Delete the property “HKTHIHI.” The same version www.test.hilton.com v1669 contains both modify and delete requests.

@urvashinayak, to confirm cloudlet phase release should be updated as well, correct?

Path should be remove/modify from cloudlet and Security both.
