Add ability to display a public calendar by link

For example by parsing the url or by providing an add calendars button in

Xokay, so...

Parsing the url would be awesome, because then people can share links to a 
particular calendar.

This might finally call for a Calendars class. After adding a Google Calendar 
to the Calendars object, it should check whether the supplied calendar is 
public or private, and display a login screen accordingly.

A link to share a set of calendars would be nice, too.
