Show `creationDate` with requests #22

This will make it easier for hosts to apply first come first served. The text on the game page could also be updated to clarify how the requests are being sorted.

Closing this. Hosts already receive a message when a user sends a request. This message includes a timestamp which should make it clear to the host that requests are sorted new to old.
