install error #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install

root@pygoogle]# python setup.py install
running install
running build
running build_py
running install_lib
copying build/lib/pygoogle.py -> /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages
byte-compiling /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/pygoogle.py to pygoogle.pyc
  File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/pygoogle.py", line 146
    finally:
          ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

pygoogle needs python 2.6 or later
