Description Pre-project impact appraisals explain the totality of positive and negative, primary and secondary effects expected to be produced by a development intervention. This is only expected if the activity is at least in the implementation phase.

2014 Index test We are not planning to change this test in 2014, unless feedback suggests there is a strong case for doing so. See also our proposals for sampling documents in #39.

as with many attached documents the (quality of the) content is not taken into consideration. The test is on whether anthing is there.
