Description The flow type shows whether the organisation states this activity counts as ODA, OOF, climate finance or any other type of flow. This can be either at the activity or transaction level, and is only expected if the activity is at least in the implementation phase.

Existing test

Hi Mark just checking which flow type you are referring to when you reference 'climate finance'?

Hi Wendy @iatisupport - the Description above is an excerpt from the Index indicator description. As we cover both IATI and non-IATI data in the Index for each of the indicators, we've attempted to use language to cover a range of different possibilities for analogous information that could be published in non-IATI data, including by non-DAC donors.

The Flow Type element in IATI data follows the DAC Flow Type codelist on which climate finance is not specifically identified. In IATI data you would therefore need to choose one of the available options (10 if it's ODAble from an official donor, or I guess 30 or 40 for non-official donors, depending on the type of organisation).
