Enhancement: add # of pages on long list and enable user to navigate to other pages #95

Not sure what the technical term is for this.... When dealing with long lists (e.g. documents), it would be useful to know how many pages of documents there are, and to be able to jumb to another page further up/down (instead of only being able to click "next page")
