Add UpNext button #43

When the program view is displaying the current program there should be an up next button at the end of the layout that navigates to another program activity.

Good idea -- lets you navigate through the programs without switching back to the schedule.

Hmm not exactly what I had in mind. When you click on the media player bar it will take you to the program view of the current show that is on. That Api call includes an upNext program. So I am adding an up next button only when you click on the now playing program out of the media bar.

Oh, I get it. You originally said when it's "displaying the current program" -- now that makes sense.

Having it on each program would probably be overly redundant anyway.
