Double description on "A Classical Stroll" #68

Description is listed twice on the program view for A Classical Stroll.

This might actually be an issue with the API data itself, that's provided by Creek. This program is one of those "alternating" or oddly schedule programs that happen on every 5th Thursday.

I'm actually working on how to better handle these grouped/alternating programs in the API soon, so if you have any suggestions about how to structure them, lemme know.

This is not an issue with the API data. This is an issue with how I am determining what view to display. Fixing

This bug is happening on every program that does not have an airtime associated with it.
