Talks: 1:30-2:30 (in main room)
Panel: 2:45-3:15 (in main room)
Mini meetups: Starting at 3:15 and going until end (main room for now...)
Tables going the entire time
People needs:
Greeter in the hallway with a donation jar. General event facilitator to do announcements, etc.
