Hello,

I would like to know is there any evaluation metrics like SHD or SID for evaluating the causal discovery algorithms. If so, can you please send me the related sample notebook and the ground truth graphs.

I think I saw them before on this notebook:; however, cannot find it now https://github.com/py-why/dowhy/blob/main/docs/source/example_notebooks/dowhy_causal_discovery_example.ipynb

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks a lot,

Best, Elahe
