Added Wikipedia GUI Voice and Voice assistant Bot! #270

Added two projects from the issues which I was assigned:

  1. Voice assisted Wikipedia searching system with GUI.
  2. Voice Assistant bot in python

There's always something left, and if there's more thing to add in Voice Assistant bot let me know, anyway I have added some necessary and cool things to make it nice.
