I have updated the AUTHORS.md file with the current contributors to the library and made explicit their tier following the guidelines we agreed on CONTRIBUTING.md

Dear @pm-blanco, thanks a lot. Didn't expect that 😀 I am genuinely thankful for this package as my understanding of CG models is very limited. That said I hope can contribute a few more things in the near future.
